Generic Daivonex (Calcipotriol) is a non-steroid treatment that is made to treat chronic plaque type psoriasis. Generic Daivonex is made to provide relief of the rough, red, and scaled skin buildup that is associated with plaque type psoriasis. Begin treatment with Generic Daivonex as soon as it is prescribed to you. Generic Daivonex is generally applied twice daily to the affected areas of the skin. Your doctor may advise a change in dosage after a certain period of time, based on the effectiveness and severity of your treatment. Do not use Generic Daivonex on your face, as it may cause erythema. Wash hands immediately after applying this ointment. Do not use more than 100mg of Generic Daivonex weekly (unless advised otherwise by your doctor). Do not cover affected areas with bandages or tight fitting clothing after use.
